Refund policy

At EmirChoice, your satisfaction is our priority. Since we offer Cash on Delivery, you can shop with complete confidence.

INSPECT ON DELIVERY
You may check your product at the time of delivery before paying. If the item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can refuse the order at no cost.

RETURNS
If you have already received your order and there is an issue, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You have your order number/confirmation.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Used items, items without original packaging, or items damaged due to misuse.

REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
For approved returns, we offer a replacement or a full refund. Since orders are placed via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued through the delivery agent or by bank transfer, within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
